   Measure

   Existing conditions, services, waterproofing history, overlays. You cannot specify a wet area you have not opened on paper.

3. 03

   Design

   Plan, joinery, stone, brass. You see the rooms before you sign.

4. 04

   Price

   A fixed price contract. Inclusions in English. Domestic building insurance where the law requires it.

5. 05

   Build

   A named timeline and photographed waterproofing. One site contact.

6. 06

   Handover

   A walk through, a defects list that gets closed, and the warranties written into your contract.
